Our horse riding center

We are an environmental equestrian riding center located on the North Corfu, at the general area of Agios Spyridonas, Perithia. Our farm covers an area of 4 acres with olive trees and natural shading. Our horse trainers hold first aid certification, have many years of experience in equestrian endurance races and qualification for the National Endurance Team. We are open daily from 9.00 am - 11.00 am and from 17.00 pm - 21.00 pm

 

Our horses 

We take good care of our horses and pay individual attention to each animal ensuring that they are well-mannered and in excellent condition. Many of them are rescued horses from all over Corfu and specially trained to meet the standards of horse riding.

 

Technical information for horse riding :

-English and western style depending on the rider’s experience and weight.

-Maximum weight per rider: 110 kg

-Level of riding : You can join without any previous experience. We have different routes for novice and experienced riders. Kids under 13 can have body protectors and ride on the lead with one of our guides.

-We provide riding helmets to all riders. The leader is equipped with a first aid kit. 

 

What you should bring :

-Closed-toe shoes, no flip flops or sandals.

-Long pants to avoid any minor injuries and scratches. 

-Mosquito and insect repellent 

-For the beach tour you should bring a swimsuit, towel and an extra change of pants.

1 hour private ride : 50 euros

2 hours private ride : 80 euros

Private beach ride and swimming with horse : 120 euros

Beach Tour

Duration : 2 hours

Cost : 30 euros/person

Description : Join us on an adventurous ride on the central beach of Agios Spyridon and Almiros beach. We will ride on Antinioti lake surroundings, a protected natural habitat with rich flora and fauna, we will pass from Corfu’s most northern point and the abandoned medieval monastery St Caterina. Our final destination will be the sandy beach of Almiros with great sea views. For advanced riders there is an option of cross country jumps and obstacle courses

Mountain Tour

Duration : 2 hours tour

Cost : 30 euros/person

Description : Join our mountainous ride through Pelekito village and the olive groves. Enjoy the breathtaking sea view and great views toward the mountains of Albania. We will pass from traditional villages and old cobblestone routes. The riders can see various aspects of corfiot nature, olive groves, pine and oak forests, eucalyptus, cypress trees and many other plant species and flowers. 

 

Half Day Riding Tour 

Duration : 4 hours

Cost : 60 euros/person including drinks and snacks

Description : Join us on an ultimate horse riding tour where you will enjoy both mountain and beach horse riding. We will start with the mountain route, we will make a short break on our base where you can enjoy local products from our farm. After that we will continue to the beach of Agios Spyridon and Almiros beach. 

 

Beach Tour and swimming with horses

Duration : 3 - 3,5 hours

Cost : 60 euros/person

Availability : Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, evening hours.

Description : Enjoy the ultimate experience of horse interaction and our swimming ride! We will start from our stables and we will go down the hill. We will pass through the village of Pelekito and from there we will reach the sandy beach of the Platytera Monastery. There we will have an inviting swim with our horses, in the crystal clear Ionian Sea. 

 

Advanced horse riding Tour 

Duration: 12 hours 

Cost : 150 euros/person including lunch

Description : Join our full day, challenging, horse ride leading to the semi-deserted Byzantine village of Old Perithia on the mountain range of Mount Pantokrator. We will pass along traditional villages, followed by paths through ancient olive groves. We will reach the village of Old Perithia and have an amazing lunch at a tavern. After lunch we will discover one of the oldest villages in Corfu located a few hundred meters under the summit of Mount Pantokrator, Corfu’s highest mountain (907m). On our way back we will pass from the most popular cave of the island, the Grava of Loutses. Along the way we will have great views of the coastline of Corfu, mainland Greece and Albania. The tour is available only for experienced riders.
